Interests

• I was born in Thunder Bay, Ont. and raised in Victoria. I am a former Victoria Shamrocks lacrosse player and former Team Canada Field Lacrosse Team member. I enjoy watching my children in their sports. My hobbies are coaching lacrosse, jogging, Shotokan Karate and gardening.

Work objectives

• To work with each individual to maximize their gait efficiency and improve their quality of life. I mostly enjoy working with complex cases that require imagination and problem solving.
• I also enjoy providing orthotic services for Rugby Canada athletes.

Interests

• I was born in Port Alberni, have been involved in martial arts for 23 years, and hold a senior ranking in 4 different martial arts. I am interested in combining the basic fundamentals of Gracie Jui Jitsu and Judo with kinesiology for the purposes of injury rehabilitation.
